While all answers will be broad and without identifying information; asking for a user name allows my to verify and control the Trolls. This is not mandatory, however skipping this step means that if I have too many requests, yours will either be at the end to get answered or may not get answered at all.

Questions will be answered in a video, unless you specifically request a live response. If requesting a live, please note that it will be your responsibility to find and watch your live replay for the answer.
